Holiday Update: Dec 14th

We are NO LONGER taking orders with estimated delivery by Christmas.

We are humans not Santa, so once it leaves the workshop it is out of our hands. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery times and are unable to give refunds for delayed packages. We are trusting FedEx and USPS to deliver your gifts and will ship before their published deadlines.  

We will do our best to get as much shipped before the holidays, but then are taking a Christmas break so we and our employees can spend time with their families.  We return to the workshop January 3rd.

  If you have a specific question about your order, please email Carolyn@PineconeHome.com with your order number and we will try to give you a more specific estimate, but note we are busy making gifts so responses may be delayed. Thanks!
