  • 4" high on front, 8" high on back
  • Engraved with your choice of name or word
  • Script style comes with heart incorporated into engraving unless otherwise noted in the notes section during checkout
  • Examples shown with and without heart
  • Flowers are not included, we recommend visiting a local florist
  • Optional three one pint mason jars.  ***Update: jars no longer come with lids or silver rings due to a change in supplier***

If you find out it's not for you, we will accept returns on all non-personalized products at full purchase price excluding the shipping costs. We may accept returns on personalized products on a case by case basis.

Mason Jar Wall Planter

Finally received my wall planter and love it. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was after 3 weeks of ordering my merchandise I had to email Pinecone Home and ask where my merchandise was. Carolyn responded that she had accidentally made it wrong the first time and had to be redone. I wish that she would have informed me of the error earlier instead of me thinking that it had been put on the back burner, especially since the money for the cost of the planter was removed from my account the day after I placed my order.
