Finally received my wall planter and love it. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was after 3 weeks of ordering my merchandise I had to email Pinecone Home and ask where my merchandise was. Carolyn responded that she had accidentally made it wrong the first time and had to be redone. I wish that she would have informed me of the error earlier instead of me thinking that it had been put on the back burner, especially since the money for the cost of the planter was removed from my account the day after I placed my order.
