SIMPLE PRICING

First item ships for $5, $10, or $15 depending on size. Second item and any additional items ship free.... PLUS....Free shipping on all orders $75+ with code FREESHIP (cannot be combined with other coupons)

SHIPPING FINE PRINT

- Upgraded shipping does not mean quicker processing times. 

- We do our best to ship in 5 business days or less via USPS or FedEx unless order requires additional customization or is incomplete.

- Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email.

- We will deliver to the address listed on the order unless you indicate otherwise.  

- We will combine multiple orders shipping to the same address.

- We never include any price info in our packages and are more than happy to write a gift message if you are sending directly to someone special. Please write the message in "note to seller" when purchasing.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We like to keep things simple.  If we make a mistake or your product arrives damaged we will make sure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.  This could take the form of:

• Simple repair suggestions
• Replacement
• Exchange
• Return
• Partial or Full Refund

If you find out it's not for you, we will accept returns on all non-personalized products at full purchase price excluding the shipping costs.  We may accept returns on personalized products on a case by case basis.  All items must be returned within 45 days of purchase.

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- We ship USPS First Class international for most products. It usually takes 10 days but can be longer. Chicago is the end of the US tracking and door to door tracking is only available for a select few countries.

- If something goes wrong once it is out of USPS control this will be between you and your domestic delivery service. 

- Priority International may be available for select locations- please contact for details and pricing PRIOR to ordering

- Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

- If unclaimed and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping to resend.

UK SHOPPERS
- If your order's price exceeds the limit for tax free import, you will be charged VAT as well as a Royal Mail fee upon delivery of the package. These additional fees are NOT postage fees and are the responsibility of the UK shopper.You will be responsible for all tariffs and fees once the package reaches it's destination.
